Free parking in lot after 5pm and all day weekends.

Pricing: Yoga and Basic Strength: $15 drop-in. Class cards: $200 (20 classes)/$125 (10 classes)  $70 (5 classes).  Passes expire 3 months after purchase. Taxes will apply.

Gentle Yoga

Our slowect-paced class is suitable for all levels, including true beginners. This well-rounded class is appropriate for people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. Students can be kind to their bodies, while still getting the benefits of increased joint mobility, increased blood flow to muscles, and peace of mind.

Yoga Basics

This practice is great transition from Gentle Yoga. Great for beginning to advanced students wanting to refine the technique in their practice. There is opportunity to explore the more subtle aspects of postural alignment and breath principles in a nurturing environment. Great for stimulating the body and restoring the mind.

Vinyasa I

This practice is rigorous and dynamic, and includes a more in-depth exploration of postures. Movements flow at a faster pace, to energize the body and build heat, promoting the removal of toxins. Care is given to alignment principals and breath. All postures can be modified to your comfort level.

Power Hour Yoga

This one-hour class is perfect for those who need to get in and get out! This class will feature dynamic, creative sequencing similar to Vinyasa with minimal rest, and will include Sun Salutations, standing poses, a peak pose, and inversions. Be prepared to move!

Yoga for Golfers

This specialty class is great for golfers (and non-golfers) who want to increase their balance, flexibility, strength, and range of motion. Great for those who want more success on the golf course. Improved coordination will help golfers improve back-swing, follow through and drive.

Basic Strength

Best suited for those who are either new to exercise or are looking to get back into shape. This class will include exercises that are slower in movement, to promote optimal safety and alignment, and will provide participants with a total body workout that will increase range of motion. TRX, resistance bands, and medicine balls will be used in this class. Cool down with foam rolling.

ZUMBA

ZUMBA is a dance fitness program that incorporates fitness with Latin and international rhythms. It is the perfect combination of fun and fitness! Come and join the party!
