Free parking in lot after 5pm and all day weekends.

Private Yoga Lessons/Personal Training: By appointment only.  

Pricing for Classes: Yoga and Basic Strength: $15 drop in; $125 for 10 classes

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is suitable for all levels, including true beginners. This well-rounded class is appropriate for people of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. Students can be kind to their bodies, while still getting the benefits of increased joint mobility, increased blood flow to muscles, and peace of mind.

Basic Strength

Best suited for those who are either new to exercise or are looking to get back into shape. This class will include exercises that are slower in movement, to promote optimal safety and alignment, and will provide participants with a total body workout that will increase range of motion. TRX, resistance bands, and medicine balls will be used in this class. Cool down with foam rolling.
